Sagar's path to becoming a freelance sculptor is marked by a distinctive decision: his departure from the prestigious J.J. School of Arts, Mumbai, in 2007. He sought to forge a unique artistic voice, unburdened by the impressions of others, allowing his innate creativity to flourish unimpeded.His formative years were, however, deeply enriched by the invaluable tutelage of his father, the esteemed Bhagwan Rampure. It was within this privileged apprenticeship that Sagar assimilated the fundamental principles of his craft, laying a robust foundation for his future endeavors. This period of intense learning, under the guidance of a master, proved instrumental in shaping his artistic sensibilities and technical prowess.

Following the successful completion of numerous significant projects in collaboration with his father, 2014 marked a pivotal moment in Sagar Rampure's career. It was then that he established his own firm, Sagar Rampure Designs (SRD).
